Adhesive Preparation
Convert raw materials into a tacky, pressure-sensitive adhesive via a chemical reaction.
Achieve a rapid and uniform blending of polymers, solvents, and various additives.
Refine the powder particles (such as functional fillers) within the adhesive to ensure a fine, smooth coating.
Coating & Drying
Apply adhesive materials to substrates such as paper, metal foil, and plastic film in a precise, uniform manner.
Increase surface tension with high voltage to enhance bond strength and prevent adhesive failure.
Through hot-air circulation or infrared heating, the solvents evaporate, or the moisture dries, thereby curing the adhesive layer.
Collect and incinerate or reclaim organic exhaust gases from the oven to ensure environmental compliance and energy efficiency.
Converting & Fabricating
Slit the jumbo rolls into finished rolls to meet our clients’ requirements.
Rewind the finished rolls for quality inspection or to change the width or length.
Die-cut the tape into designed shapes, commonly used for irregular parts such as mobile phone back-panel adhesives.
No mold needed, use laser beams to directly cut complex shapes, making it ideal for small-batch prototyping and R&D.
Auxiliary & Packaging
Packing the finished rolls automatically.
