Process-Based Quality Control Across Tape Manufacturing
Egret Group treats quality control not just through random sampling of raw materials or finished products. Egret Group is more willing to build a quality control system. So that we can control batch consistency and rigorous sampling.

Full-Process Control:
All raw materials must pass rigorous IQC testing as a mandatory prerequisite before proceeding to coating, slitting, and final storage.
Three-Tier Defect Grading:
Based on Ac/Re (Accept/Reject) standards, Class A (functional loss) and Class B (performance impairment) maintain a “Zero Tolerance” policy (Ac 0/Re 1), while Class C (minor aesthetic issues) allows for minimal acceptance.
High-Precision Differentiation:
Aluminum foils require much stricter tolerances than films (thickness precision down to ±0.001mm); additionally, Corona Side marking is critical for films, while Areal Density is the key metric for foils.
Mandatory Compliance:
Every batch must undergo mandatory verification of Factory Test Reports (COA) and environmental certifications (RoHS/REACH) to ensure both technical and regulatory compliance.

In-Process Inspection Control:
Our in-process coating and slitting inspection focuses on appearance, dimension, performance, and process parameters.
Process Monitoring & Sampling:
Process parameter monitoring is combined with random sampling to identify non-conforming products and ensure prompt resolution.

Finished Quality Control (FQC):
The Finished Quality Control (FQC) primarily involves randomized sampling focused on appearance, dimensions, functional performance, and auxiliary packaging.

Pre-Shipment Preparation:
Before mass production is sent out, we prepare for container loading and verify packaging integrity.
Packaging Verification Scope:
This includes sample performance confirmation, foam gap filling, pallet reinforcement audit, moisture-proofing, and drop-resistance standards.
Delivery Assurance:
These measures ensure that products arrive in optimal condition and maintain their intended performance.
Batch Consistency & Traceability

To ensure batch consistency, the Egret Group initiates quality verification from the incoming raw materials. Key adhesives, solvents, and backing materials will be inspected to confirm material composition, physical properties, and compliance with internal specifications.

Egret Group applies in-process quality monitoring during the manufacturing process. Through this measure, we can confirm the control coating weight, adhesive thickness, and curing conditions. This can help maintain batch consistency within a reasonable range.

Before the shipment begins, each finished tape roll must be tested with the adhesive and backing system. This ensures that our products can be delivered to your location in accordance with the defined technical requirements.
In-House Testing Capabilities
Egret Group employs a multi-layer quality control system that encompasses adhesive performance, mechanical strength, environmental durability, and regulatory compliance. Each batch of industrial tape is verified through standardized testing procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and application reliability.
Standards & Compliance
Egret Group operates a strict quality certification system aligned with internationally recognized standards. We currently hold certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, SA 8000, CQC, UL, RoHS, REACH, TPCH, PAHS, and other relevant standards.
Continuous Quality Improvement Loop
Egret Group builds this quality control system, which does not end when the production is shipped out. We continue to listen to our clients’ reviews, allowing us to accurately capture market demands and identify practical application pain points.
Egret Group will continue to optimize production cycles to prevent quality standards from being compromised by costs, lead times, or short-term orders.
This helps us achieve a closed quality improvement loop and better serve our clients.
