Mechanical Performance Testing
This group is intended to test the mechanical behavior and stability of the tapes/adhesives under load.
Test the tensile strength, elongation at break, peel strength, or other mechanical properties.
Test the tensile and elongation properties under low temperatures. Simulate a low-temperature working environment.
Adhesion & Tack Testing
This group is intended to test the adhesion and initial tack between the adhesive layer and substrates.
Test the initial tack over the steel roll's rolling distance to reflect bonding performance under light pressure.
Test the maximum peel force after a short-term contact, suitable for precise measurement of tack performance.
Test the holding power and shear resistance to reflect the long-term stability of bonding.
Thermal & Optical Testing
This group is intended to test the compatibility of tapes under high temperatures and other specific environments.
Test the heat resistance and aging resistance. Simulate the working environment under high temperatures.
Test the light transmittance and haze of the backing material and adhesive layer.
Coating & Sample Preparation
This group is intended for lab-scale adhesive coating, sample preparation, and process validation.
Achieve precision coating of adhesives on various substrates for formulation development and process parameter optimization.
Used as uniform test substrates, operating standardized tests of holding power, peel force, and other adhesion performances.
Environmental & Rheological Testing
This group is intended to test the stability of the adhesive layer under environmental conditions and during processing.
Simulate various temperature and humidity conditions to test the tape's environmental durability and aging properties.
Measure the viscosity of adhesives at different shear rates to guide coating processes and formulation adjustments.
